Our cooperative farming effort promise economic development of the community on all levels of society through the inflow of revenues strengthening the four major pillars of society - housing, healthcare, education, and commerce. Through PAC'S environmental sustaining revenue sharing cooperative business model, PAC's growth will help to energize global interest and tourism in this region thereby leading the Pacific Rim Nations from their current third world status where natural resources spiraling towards destruction, to a first class citizenry where environmental and economic sustainability are the norm.

Pacific Aquaculture Cooperatives Inc. International (PAC Int'l) and HELP PPFISCH are affiliates of Panamerican-Panafrican Association, Inc. (PAPA ).
