Tamra Raven, Scientist, Phenomenologist, Consultant, Director of PAC Board of Directors

Tamra Engelhorn Raven, a staunch proponent of environmental sustainability, has been a dedicated scientist at the helm of the global campaign for sustainable development spearheaded by such notable organizations as the Organization for Tropical Studies, Environmental Protection Agency, National Council of Women, and the National Association of Physicians for the Environment to name a few in which she serves.

Tamra is currently practicing ecological restoration and environmental enhancement as an Ecological Phenomenologist from out of her hometown in St. Louis, Missouri. She currently holds a M.A. degree in Biological Sciences from Stanford University and has done other significant graduate studies at the University of California, Organization for Tropical Studies, San Diego State University, and Washington University.

Tamra contributed for years to the Missouri Botanical Garden, St. Louis District, PCI-Population Communication International, Organization of Tropical Studies, and National Association of Physicians for the Environment.

Quite interestingly, Tamra is an active speaker for the National Council of Women, NCWO is a nonpartisan, nonprofit umbrella organization of groups that collectively represent over ten million women across the United States. The only national coalition of its kind, NCWO is a tax-exempt organization with twenty years' experience uniting American women's groups. Most particularly is her role engaged with the International Council of Women, Environment and Population Representatives to the United Nations.

She has significant research to her credit, “New Taxa and New Combinations in Australasian Epilobium”, New Zealand Journal of Botany,  “The Genus Epilobium (Onagraceae) in Australasia: A Systematic and Evolutionary Study”, and “Rio Notes: Urban Greening and Interiors”.

Tamra’s role as a honorary Advisor of PAC International's Advisory Board of Directors has been critical in directing the company in matters of environmental sustainability and botanical sciences.

Larry Forsley, Nuclear Physicist, Director of PAC Board of Directors

Lawrence P. G. Forsley is president of JWK Technologies Corp. in Annandale, Virginia, USA. During the past 30 years, he has worked on laser fusion, mirror fusion, tokamaks, modular bremsstrahlung sources, sonoluminescence, bulk Pd/D electrolysis, and SPAWAR co-deposition.

 

He has specialized in temporally, spatially, and spectrally resolving infrared through gamma ray energy photons, charged particles, and neutrons. In his spare time, he’s developed and deployed autonomous seismic sensors around the world and applied space-based Differential Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR) to places hard to pronounce, let alone write home from.

 

He develops and promotes the appropriate application of technology, especially using indigenous materials, and environmentally and economically sustainable activities with the local community as stake-holders. Think local, act local, be global!

Global Communication Specialist, Director of PAC Board of Directors

 

In 1981 Victor Webb established Marston Webb International, an international communications group, specializing in foreign government trade, investment and economic development communications in the United States.  The company also consults with numerous international and U.S. companies and agencies on domestic and international corporate, product, investor and financial communication.  It has considerable experience with mining companies and the promotion of gold.

Mr. Webb joined Dow Jones in the United Kingdom and was named Managing Director of Dow Jones International Marketing Services and International Director of Dow Jones & Co., Inc.  He was the founding Director of Nikkei International Ltd., Tokyo and an alternate Director of The Far Eastern Economic Review, The South China Morning Post and The Straits Times of Singapore.

Later named Vice President of the Dow Jones International Group, Mr. Webb was responsible for worldwide development of Dow Jones Publications and those publications in which the company had a vested interest internationally.  He was instrumental in the establishment of the Asian and European Editions of the Wall Street Journal.

Since 1995, the Agency has become increasingly involved in providing value added services to our clients in the U.S. and in various international markets.  These service have included providing new capital sources, establishing joint ventures, licensing agreements and representation and establishing a network in the U.S. and abroad through commodities which our clients might buy and sell precious and non-precious metals.

The Company has also established several ongoing relationships with government agencies and various companies in China for whom we find new investment and establish commodity buying agreements

Marston Webb has affiliates in Europe, Southeast Asia, The Middle East, South Africa and Latin America.

Victor Webb was born in England and educated at Fanshaw School and Durham University.  He now resides in New Jersey and is married with two sons.  He is a member of the Union League Club, New York; and various overseas press clubs and trade and professional associations.
