PAC'S KEY POINTS

Pacific Aquaculture Cooperative Inc. (PAC) is an international corporation designed upon a unique and innovative business model that provides revenue sharing cooperative beyond the traditional capitalistic business model of exploitation and monopoly of earth's natural resources through sustainable Sea Farming.

By getting in on the ground floor of a fresh business opportunity that is perfectly poised to explode considering the foregoing facts, one can realistically expect a 1,000% ROI in the fifth year of business operations; a return many times larger than the average return on investment with a mutual fund or any other traditional investment vehicle.

The seafood industry is a $2.5 billion dollar a year industry with the aquaculture industry being almost 10% of this market - an approximate of $130M - $200M a year of reported sales. PAC is totally committed to making sure that the aquaculture industry continues to be a key part of the Pacific Rim's international reputation as a clean, environmentally responsible region with an enjoyable climate, innovative cuisine and exquisite eco-tourism.

By partnering with Pacific Aquaculture Cooperative Inc.(PAC), Nations are given the opportunity to invest in a national franchise (joint venture) that is profitable, environmentally sustainable, acceptable and capacity building in all pillars of society.

By developing aqua-farming operations that are owned and operated by native islanders, the rate of unemployment would dramatically be reduced through increased jobs and increased per capita earnings.

By developing a strategic supply chain management process, PAC will be able to efficiently service the ever increasing consumer demand of aquaculture products to the global market.

The amassed product can then either be shipped via conventional air or sea transport from warehouses on main islands or simply delivered to buyers aboard PAC's mother ships (whichever is more cost effective).

As an adjunct to this enterprise, a non for profit organization will be installed to systematically deploy research teams working in tandem with government agencies to develop and implement humanitarian and educational projects.

Through the environmental sustaining revenue sharing cooperative business model, PAC's growth will help to energize global interest and tourism in this region thereby leading all Pacific Island Nations and Citizens from a third world status to a first class citizenry.

To further achieve economic prosperity and alleviate poverty, PAC will forge strategic partnerships with governments, industry, scientific, and investment institutions. Official representatives from these agencies will be provided the opportunity to serve as Members of The Board of PAC on both the for-profit and non-for-profit mechanisms.
